In 2004, we were approached by a prospective client to convert some napkin sketches into working drawings and build their dream home based on a handshake. The client could make changes during the course of construction and participated in the construction. The house is a two story Northern New Mexico colonial with gable roofs. The stone walls are 24″ thick and the adobe walls are 16″ thick. All the stone was collected on site. The gallery attached is the two story entertainment room. The white banners on the rock chimney are for the screens.
