Viable Systems Modeling is a powerful diagnostic and organizational tool. VSM is a normative model that describes the essential components of a business the language of general systems science. Group design processes. We utilize a number of technologies that enable a large group of people to meet for three or four days to deal with complex issues that would otherwise require months of meetings and memos to resolve. This time compression creates competitive advantages in the marketplace; streamlining effective long-range plans; or securing solutions to unexpected crises. Management Centers are facilities which enable individuals and groups to process management information in “real time.”   Management Center Technology has been developed over the past
20 years in response to the tumultuous rate of change which we are experiencing, and the necessity for processing tremendous quantities of information in order to remain competitive. Management centers can incorporate a variety of high and low technology tools, from specialized furniture to computers and telecommunications equipment.  

Congruent Leadership is designed to help make corporate values come to life in daily managerial behavior. Senior management describes the values for their corporation and their vision for the future. The Congruent Leadership Process helps translate this vision into demonstrated attitudes and behaviors. The result is a set of managerial competencies for the organization which describe the “excellent manager.” Individuals receive confidential feedback on how they are perceived in terms of demonstrating corporate values on the job. The company receives summary feedback on how the leadership team is perceived. The individual and the corporation receive affirmation in areas of strength and develop action plans for change in areas of improvement. This program has been used in over 30 organizations, and Leadership Inventories have been used by over 275,000 people.
